]]> With less than a handful of high profile freestyles to hit the net, Syracuse, NY’s Aaron Cooks is already being heralded by his peers, fans and industry executives as hip-hop’s next lyrical heavyweight.

Discovered and managed by Lord Jamar of the trailblazing group Brand Nubian and signed to Busta Rhymes‘ The Conglomerate ENT (also home to hitmaking superstar O.T. Genasis, critically acclaimed, Grammy nominated musical savant JDoe and rap battle legend Murder Mook), Cooks proves he’s the total package with the provocative masterpiece mini movie of “Yellow / Day Up.”
