Bronx drill breakout star B-Lovee has been heating the streets up with his massive viral hit “My Everything” a new flip to Mary J Blige’s 1997 hit single “Everything”. The song has caught the attention of so many folks because of the nostalgic feeling alongside the cinematic visual which currently sits at over 2.1 million views on YouTube. Recently, A Boogie and G-Herbo both hopped on the remix for the song.
NYC drill rap has emerged as the most prominent hip-hop sub-genre out of New York. 21-year-old B-Lovee is among the rising artist taking over the rap scene. Recently, releasing his new single “Don’t Change” featuring production by 5ive Beats, known for his work with Pop Smoke and Quavo’s “Aim For The Moon,” as well as his work with prominent British drill rappers.
We got a chance to speak with B-Lovee to discuss the success of his viral hit “My Everything”, being one of the faces of NYC drill rap, dream collaborations + much more.
