Hoopfest Basketball, Inc. has announced that Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas will host six games during the 13th Annual Thanksgiving Hoopfest on Saturday, November 27th.Hoopfest is known as the premier high school holiday basketball showcase that brings together top talent from the best powerhouse programs from around the country.
Additionally, beginning in 2021, Fort Worth will play host to Thanksgiving Hoopfest every other year, further solidifying the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex as the home of the premier high school basketball event in the country. Tickets for this year’s event will go on sale to the public, November 5, at 12:00 p.m. CT.
The field of teams participating at Dickies Arena will feature 5 consensus Top-25 recruits from the Class of 2022, including Amari Bailey (Sierra Canyon), Nick Smith Jr. (North Little Rock), Cason Wallace (Richardson), Ron Holland (Duncanville), Arterio Morris (Kimball) and Kel’el Ware (North Little Rock). Mansfield Timberview vs North Crowley
Montverde Academy vs DeSoto (Girls)
Richardson vs AZ Compass
Sierra Canyon vs. Duncanville
The remaining games for Thanksgiving Hoopfest will take place at Sandra Meadows Arena, in Duncanville, TX, home of the 3-time defending 6A Texas State Champions Duncanville High School on November 26-27.
