With the wellness and cannabis landscapes evolving rapidly with innovative brands, we are pleased to announce the direct-to-consumer launch of FlowerShop* (www.fromflowershop.com). A one-of-a-kind, minority-owned conceptual wellness brand aimed to help the world Feel Better™ through Sensory~Care, a mood and affect based approach to self-care with plant-powered products and deliberately designed goods to inspire positive moods.
Co-founders Isaac Muwaswes and Gabe Garcia, along with long-time collaborator, rapper and producer Gerald “G-Eazy” Gillum, worked to create this unique concept, which was born from the idea that flowers are a universal language that people use to feel comfort, joy, and to help someone smile. The brand officially launches this week with their first offering The BOUQUETPACK – a colorful, highly-designed pack of 4 glass-tip Flower Joints consisting of Super Lemon Haze (Emerald Cup Winner 2021), Willies Kush and Purp Double Deja Vu (Emerald Cup Winner 2021) strains in collab with Panacea Farms — along with a selection of mood-inspiring products including incense hand made in Japan along with other Home + Lifestyle Goods.
“Gabriel, Gerald, and I have known each other since the inception of The Brooklyn Circus SF and we’re always looking for new spaces that we can express our creativity,” said co-founder and CEO of FlowerShop* Isaac Muwaswes. “It is important to make our creations meaningful with significant impact on improving the quality of life, so it was instinctual to start a wellness company that also offers cannabis products. The name FlowerShop* started as an ode to local flower vendors across the world helping people Feel Better™ — but also reflected our own personal journey with cannabis, as well flowers being a key ingredient for inspiring mood, from their color and fragrance, to their cultural significance. We’re really excited for what’s in store in the coming months.”
Flowershop* recently formed a unique partnership with industry leading, vertically integrated cannabis company Halo Collective, Inc. and looks to combine its innovative product and marketing approach with Halo’s international, vertical cannabis industry expertise to create a globally-recognized brand that will offer a full proprietary line of cannabis products. This past February, Halo announced the acquisition of three dispensary locations in Los Angeles that will open under the FlowerShop* name and concept.
“We knew going into the partnership with Halo, that we’d be able to grow FlowerShop* into the global brand we envisioned,” said co-founder Gabe Garcia. “We’re really excited to be able to have brick and mortar locations in Los Angeles where consumers could experience the full spectrum of Sensory ~ Care.”
The FlowerShop* team seeks to differentiate themselves as a true wellness brand with offerings in clothing & accessories, homegifts™️ , and botanical~aircare™️. With the events of this past year upending any sense of normalcy, the team hopes to provide products in each category that will help consumers achieve consistently better moods through an inspired and consciously curated lifestyle.
FlowerShop* is building a fanbase quickly and has seen a positive reception of its product offerings starting with the BOUQUETPACK. The BOUQUETPACK is available for purchase online while offering home delivery in the San Francisco Bay Area with plans to quickly expand to the rest of California, both through delivery and key retail partners. Those outside of the delivery area are able to purchase other FlowerShop* products – from Sensory CarePacks to other Lifestyle + Home Goods.
