Luxury cannabis brand Saucey Farms and Extracts announced that it has entered into an agreement with TPCO Holding Corp. (“The Parent Company”)(NEO: GRAM.U) (OTCQX: GRAMF). As part of the agreement, The Parent Company will manage the manufacturing and distribution of all Saucey products in the state of California.
The Parent Company brought together global icon and entrepreneur Shawn “JAY-Z” Carter, entertainment powerhouse Roc Nation, California’s leading direct-to-consumer platform Caliva, and top cannabis manufacturer Left Coast Ventures, to form a cannabis industry leader for the post-prohibition era.
“With all of the recent legalizations across the country, it was important for us to partner with a company that can help us grow to meet increasing demand,” said Alex Todd, Founder of Saucey Farms and Extracts. “I’m looking forward to working with The Parent Company, which has proven itself as a leader in the cannabis industry, and am excited to continue to expand our footprint in delivering our premium-grade cannabis offerings to consumers throughout California.”
“We at The Parent Company pride ourselves on not only the development but identification of powerhouse brands in the cannabis industry,” said The Parent Company COO Dennis O’Malley. “Saucey’s brand DNA and premium products, coupled with the brand’s unique understanding of where cannabis and mainstream culture intersect, will add to our existing product offerings in our direct to consumer and wholesale channels. We look forward to growing our businesses together in California and beyond.”
Saucey Farms and Extracts offers a premium array of cannabis products including exotic cannabis flower strains, all-natural cannabis oil cartridges and kiefed pre-rolls. The brand’s offerings also include the bestselling CAPO blunt, an exclusive collaboration with legendary hip-hop artist and cannabis connoisseur Jim Jones, which was one of the first pre-rolled blunts to come to market.
“Saucey has always been ahead of the curve when it comes to cannabis, and it’s been dope to work alongside Alex and the team,” Jones said. “It’s crazy to see how the cannabis industry has changed in such a short time, and this new partnership is just another exciting step in expanding Saucey across the country.”
