Coming out of Astoria, New York, NOAH won the ears of millions with his sizzling features on Summer Walker’s Life on Earth EP last year. After displaying beams of promise on Walker’s standout anthems “SWV” and “White Tee,” NO1-NOAH inked a deal with her imprint Ghetto Earth Records last December.
Serving as Summer’s first artist, NO1-NOAH looks to rattle the cages of R&B with his emo-leaning tracks and sticky hooks. Since announcing his deal, his opening record, “Ridin For My Love,” flaunts his pillowy vocals and gutsy lyrics. With publications such as Rolling Stone and XXL already praising NO1-NOAH for his extraordinary talents, it’s only a matter of time before he morphs into a full-fledged star.
Fresh off an impressive 2020 run headlined by his signing to Summer Walker’s newly established imprint, singer NO1-NOAH (Ghetto Earth Records/Interscope Records) he started his 2021 campaign in a fiery way. He released his new visual for “Ridin For My Love,” as he seeks vengeance against his former flame after finding out she moved on with a new man. Directed by Oliver Shore, the striking visual served as a cascade of emotions for the spiraling crooner, who later seeks retribution against his ex and her new beau.
We got a chance to speak with NOAH to talk his “Riding For My Love” visual, dream collaborations, being signed to Summer Walker’s label + much more. Get into the interview audio below.
