Young King Records, most known for 3x Platinum-Selling R&B star – YK Osiris and owned by music manager and veteran Chris Williams, have tapped EMPIRE for a distribution deal, kicking off in 2021. This deal, brought to fruition through music industry vet – Tina Davis, will name EMPIRE, a premier, all-encompassing label, distribution & publishing company, as the official distributing partner for Young King Records. With years of experience in developing upcoming acts, Young King Records will use this partnership to continue to drive the momentum of their independent label, while cultivating rising R&B and Hip-Hop acts. The first artist this distribution partnership will develop is, Prince Party. “I’m very excited about my union with EMPIRE. I love how they push their artists and I am excited to see what’s next,” Young King Records founder, Chris Williams, states.
Prince Party began his musical journey in his hometown of Milwaukee, WI at a young age. From singing in his church’s choir, to creating art and more, Prince Party knew music and entertainment was in his future. Young King Records took interest into Prince Party after they met in Summer of 2020. After hearing all of Prince Party’s records and learning of his talents in singing, rapping, songwriting, fashion design and more, they knew he was a hidden gem and star in the making. From there, they immediately went to the Hip-Hop and R&B mecca, Atlanta, to record countless records and content in the Young King Records studio with Grammy Award winning, diamond producer Needlz, and multi-platinum producer Relly Made. After connecting in their studio sessions this past August, Prince Party signed with Young King Records, becoming the first act to ink their deal with the new Young King Records/EMPIRE partnership. “Chris (Williams) changed my life! It means a lot for me to be the first artist to drop on the Young King Records label. The year 2021 is going to be crazy,” Prince Party proclaims.
With 2021 ahead of them, Young King Records intends to kick off January strong, with the release of Prince Party’s debut single, “Runaway”, slated for release later this month, set to change the tune of the music industry. “Expect nothing but hit after hit when it comes to Young King Records. We are ready to bring new, yet classic music to the industry,” Chris Williams professes. This distribution partnership deal with EMPIRE will give Young King Records the opportunity to expand their reach and dive deep into their creativity for future releases. EMPIRE is known for innovating the most efficient delivery and content management system in the business, while providing comprehensive and up-to-date social networking outreach. With EMPIRE’s capabilities and Young King Records knack for scouting new talent, the partnership is a match made in music heaven.
Stay tuned for new music by Prince Party and Young King Records.
