Brooklyn rapper, Smoove’L switches up the tempo on his latest honeyed track, “4 The Fashion.” On the second single off his upcoming studio debut album Smoove proves yet again that his versatility is unmatchable. On “4 The Fashion,” he takes a step further into validating his ability to switch up his flow, the 19-year-old flaunts a more slowed down, mellowed out, extremely “smoove” beat however, his sticks to his guns continuing his ability to self-confidently mouth off. Recently, he shared the first track of his upcoming album, “PERIOD,” produced wondagurl (Jay Z, Rihanna, Travis Scott) . A fresh track with lively bars over an intoxicating beat, that led HNHH to call him “fan-favorite in the Brooklyn scene.” “Period” follows a slew of singles including “Turn Left Turn Right” and “Chrome No Heart” as well as his label debut mixtape, which made waves garnering critical acclaim from Billboard, XXL, Complex and more. He was also recognized by Vulture who listed him on their “Guide to New York Rap’s Next Generation” and DJBBooth who called him one of the “10 Rappers You Should Know Right Now.” This month the spitfire rapper is set to release his first studio album.
