Google has released their 2020 Year in Search data, looking back at the trillions of searches that defined the past year. It’s really reflective to see what everyone has been looking up.
Here are a few highlights: Cardi B’s “WAP” was #1 on the list for “Lyrics” and “Definitions” categories. Roddy Ricch ranked #2 on “Lyrics” for “The Box.”
Please note, this data shows the top trending searches in the U.S., which means the “trending” queries are the searches that had a high spike in traffic over a sustained period in 2020 as compared to 2019.
