YouTube is teaming up with multi-platinum-selling rapper, singer and songwriter 6LACK, along with LVRN and Interscope, to produce a larger-than-life exclusive live stream performance taking place this Friday, August 28 at 7:30 PM ET on 6LACK’s Official YouTube Channel. With the Atlanta skyline as a backdrop, 6LACK will perform songs from his latest EP 6PC HOT and more in front of a massive billboard from a rooftop helipad with the city surrounding him.
Known for his deep hometown connection, 6LACK will make Atlanta his stage for the powerful, sky-high performance. Surrounded by black and white photography that will pay homage to the people and his city, 6LACK will play an unforgettable homecoming show. With the cityscape as his backdrop, he will perform live from the ledge of a billboard screen that will project empowering imagery from the recent protests for racial justice.
“When YouTube came to us with the idea for a “Live from the Ledge” performance in my home city with a creative integrating social justice, me and my team at LVRN was excited to collaborate with them on a performance like this that has never been done before,” explains 6LACK.

The groundbreaking performance will be available on 6LACK’s YouTube Channel for an additional 72 hours following the live stream. The production continues YouTube’s support for 6LACK and his latest release 6PC HOT, previously teaming up with the rapper and crooner for exclusive trailers and a special visualizer for his track “Know My Rights” featuring Lil Baby.
