Last night, on Valentine’s Day, Spotify showed much love for Justin Bieber fans in Los Angeles by hosting the pop superstar’s official album launch party of the highly anticipated release, Changes.
Spotify’s “House of Changes” experience transformed one of LA’s most iconic skate parks into a carefully curated epicenter of all things Bieber. The space broke out into a maze of immersive zones that told the story of Changes. As fans traversed “House of Changes,” they were treated to a full customizing experience of their exclusive Justin x Spotify T-Shirt, using decals designed by visual artist, Gianpiero D’Alessandro, found in each zone.
Guests hopped from the “Off the Rails” portal entry to the “Yummy” music-video-IRL banquet, adorned with outlandish food displays before heading to a teddy pit stacked with human-sized teddy bears – an ode to Theodore, the beloved mascot behind Bieber’s Drew House clothing line founded with Gianpiero. Fans were also able to work closely with the designer to bring their own written “Intentions” to life in a visual display.

Photo moments included a Changes photo booth where fans transformed themselves into the album cover star and a Gianpiero-designed vintage Motel Zone, perfect for all those kitschy V-Day needs.
Attendees including actors Arielle Vandenberg, Anne Winters, Ally Maki, Jordan Doww, influencer Matt Cutshall and artist, Teala Dunn finalized their bespoke Justin Bieber tee-shirt creations at the customized press station before flooding the skatepark for an energetic show from LA’s top pro-skaters. The team’s performance was set to a tracklist by DJ Tay James. Justin Bieber himself shocked fans with a surprise visit, as he joined the team for an impromptu skate session of his own.
