For their first-ever collaboration, menswear designer Todd Snyder and heritage shoemaker Clarks tie their stories together. Clarks’ origins as a rug manufacturer in 1825 brought to mind the 70’s textile patterns of Todd’s midwest upbringing. This inspiration led to a deep dive into the Clarks fabric archive, where Todd would ultimately find the designs to pay tribute to each of their narratives.
Expertly crafted in Italy, the Todd Snyder x Clarks Originals Wallabee is woven with one-of-a-kind upholstery fabric. Featuring a leather-lined interior, suede/leather tonal accents, and Clarks’ signature crepe sole, this iteration of a timeless silhouette brings premium materials to fore.
The Todd Snyder x Clarks Originals will be available exclusive in-store for the first 24 hours beginning December 5th, retailing for $298 in limited quantities. On December 6th, they will launch online at ToddSnyder.com.
