Global backpack and influential streetwear brand Sprayground announced today the launch of the first-ever basketball collection in collaboration with NBA’s exclusive basketball brand Spalding®, which will be ready to purchase on Sunday, November 24 at Sprayground.com and Spalding.com.
The inaugural basketball line includes two unique designs from creative director David Ben David that joins Spalding’s 94 Series line, including the “Diamond Capsule” – a 20K diamond carat design basketball and backpack and the “Fire Money Capsule “- a money-on-fire design basketball, backpack and sneaker duffle. The Sprayground x Spalding 94 Series capsule also includes a reinvented basketball holder that straps to the backpack.
To coincide with the launch, David Ben David teamed up with Spalding to create a social media video series with NBA stars Damian Lillard and DeMar DeRozan, who take a close look at the collection in a vintage-style shopping channel video during the Spalding Holiday Slam. The video will launch on Sunday, November 24th and can be found on Sprayground (@sprayground) and Spalding’s (@spaldingball) Instagram channels.
