During the team’s bye week, Los Angeles Pro Bowl running back Melvin Gordon and his Beyond the Flash Foundation continued to give back to the homeless population in Orange County in partnership with Lids.
On Wednesday, Nov. 20, Gordon visited Pathways of Hope, a nonprofit organization that leads a community effort to provide access to food, shelter, and housing to those experiencing hunger and homelessness in North Orange County. Gordon toured the shelter and donate in-need that the shelter had requested in advance.
In support of Gordon’s efforts and as part of their ongoing partnership, Lids, the largest licensed sports retailer in North America, selling authentic on-field and exclusive headwear, jerseys and apparel at over 1,200 retail locations, and the Beyond the Flash Foundation also made a monetary donation to Pathways of Hope.
