French producer, singer and multi-instrumentalist Vincent Fenton aka FKJ has announced his forthcoming EP Ylang Ylang, coming Nov 12th on Mom + Pop. Accompanying the news, FKJ shares his latest single “Risk” feat. Dreamville’s Bas. The collaboration and EP were born from an emotionally complex time for FKJ and manifested into a deeply moving expression of feeling and catharsis.”Risk” fuses FKJ’s blissful production with Bas’ rousing wordplay; an incredible collaboration that showcases FKJ’s muti-skillset as a creative and artist. FKJ is no stranger to collaboration – aside from his solo efforts, he has worked with and helped provide a platform to many other artists including Masego, whom he flew out to Paris to jam with on the improvised track that would later become the hit song “Tadow” (garnering over 154M views on YouTube and over 95M streams to date on Spotify), Tom Misch, Jordan Rakei, ((( O ))) and Tom Bailey. FKJ has amassed over 300M streams worldwide for his 2017 debut album French Kiwi Juice and his previous EP’s, Time For A Change and Take Off. FKJ recently performed numerous sold out shows across North America that included performances at Webster Hall, Terminal 5, The Shrine, and Mission Ballroom as well as world-renowned music festivals such as Lollapalooza and Coachella. With the release of Ylang Ylang, FKJ closes out 2019 and prepares for even more growth in 2020 – stay tuned for more news to come !
