To tip off the 2019-20 NBA season, Reebok is introducing a new basketball lifestyle shoe blending the iconic red and blue-toe colorways that NBA legend Allen Iverson debuted and wore throughout his rookie season. Dubbed the Question Mid Double Cross, the sneaker celebrates Iverson’s most iconic on-court ‘crossover’ moments that year.
Tomorrow, Foot Locker is holding a launch party at its NYC Washington Heights Community Power Store (605 W 181st St, New York, NY 10033) which will be hosted by NYC Comedian Shiggy and DJ Suss One. The event will include:
· A custom “Question” wall for shoe display
· Pop-a-Shot arcade games
· Custom collab merch by local NYC designer Perico LTD
· Gift with purchase of shoes (Iverson kit headband, socks, shooting sleeve, Reebok branded bag)
· A raffle for the chance to win a signed Iverson book and shoes
The Question Mid Double Cross ($150) will be available as a limited release on October 11 in-store at Foot Locker (34th Street & Washington Heights) and Champs Sports (Times Square) locations. The shoe will then become available worldwide on October 23 across the Foot Locker family of brands, including: Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker, Footaction, Champs Sports and Eastbay.com.
