Alpha Industries, the American military heritage brand, today announces the launch of its second capsule collection with the American made menswear brand 3sixteen.
The three piece capsule collection is produced entirely in the USA, and consists of an Alpha Industries M-59 Fishtail Parka, 3sixteen Chinos and a 3sixteen Heavyweight Tee. Utilizing a classic infusion of herringbone twill and a sleek and modern silhouette, the capsule collection seamlessly captures the ethos and heritage of both brands.
Alpha Industries x 3Sixteen Capsule Collection:

M-59 Fishtail Parka: The parka is a trademark Alpha Industries style that has a completely reengineered fit developed by 3sixteen for a slimmer, modern feel. Retails for $550 USD.

3sixteen Chinos: The 3sixteen Chinos are crafted of an 9oz natural herringbone twill, which has a long history of usage in military garments for its tough, hardwearing nature. Retails for $265 USD.

3sixteen Heavyweight Tee: The heavyweight tee features 3sixteen’s custom spec 500gsm jersey that is produced exclusively for the brand. Retails for $65 USD.
All Alpha Industries x 3sixteen Capsule Collection garments were cut and sewn in San Francisco within 3sixteen’s production facility, and were then sent to Green Matters Natural Dye House in rural Pennsylvania for a natural garment dye. The natural iron dye gives the garments a unique and beautiful washed-out grey color that creates individuality from garment to garment. Due to the hand-done process and the way natural dyes work, these inconsistencies and imperfections are what make each garment unique – no two are alike when displayed side by side. Each customer will receive a true one-of-one piece.

The entire capsule collection launches on Monday, October 7th via Alpha Industries’ and 3sixteen’s websites, as well as select retailers worldwide.
