Amsterdam-based clothing label Daily Paper and Nigerian Musician Wizkid (aka STARBOY) collaborate to create the first drop for a limited edition collection exclusively available online and in-store at Daily Paper Flagship store for a 3 day pop- takeover on June 28, 2019 12PM CEST.
The seven piece product offering, comprised of ready-to-wear and accessories, merges two agendas so closely aligned. Born as a natural extension of Daily Paper and Wizkid, the collaboration is rooted in the rich and diverse culture of Africa currently centered at the forefront of music and fashion culture globally.
Seeking to inspire a new generation of African diaspora youth, Wizkid truly embodies the journey from grass to grace-moving from hardships to triumph in his music career; from boy to STARBOY. This journey is reflected much in parallel with that of Daily Paper – a nod to the true authenticity of the collaboration.
The next phases of the partnership will release in Portugal, London, Accra and culminate in London featuring additional product offerings per location.
