New Orleans hip-hop duo $uicideboy$ have dropped their second single “Aliens Are Ghosts” from their forthcoming collaborative EP with Blink 182’s famed drummer Travis Barker. The EP Live Fast, Die Whenever is slated for release on May 24th via G59 Records / Caroline. The song follows the release of the EP’s first single “Nothingleftnothingleft” and features fiery verses from members Ruby da Cherry and $crim that are segmented by samples of a rather notorious hip-hop critic.
Barker, is no stranger to the hip-hop world. Having collaborated with rappers Run The Jewels, Ghostmane, and Vic Mensa last year, his joint project with $uicideboy$ is set to solidify his place as an innovator across multiple genres. The EP arrives this Friday and will be supported by the duo’s 22-date North American Grey Day Tour. The Summer tour has been selling out and boasts an eclectic lineup providing support featuring hardcore punk bands Trash Talk and Turnstile as well as frequent collaborators and friends Denzel Curry, Shoreline Mafia, Night Lovell, Germ, and Pouya on select dates.
