New Visual For Dorothy And Angel Haze’s Empowerment Song “Freedom,” Directed By Lisa Bonet

Elle says, “Freedom” is given “a new dimension” with this video, which was made by a predominantly female production crew and features over 100 women of all ages coming together to celebrate this beautiful thing we call life.” The song “Freedom” was released on International Women’s Day and helped spark the #FreedomMeans movement – a social media campaign that called on people to share their definition of freedom to raise awareness for women’s rights issues around the world.  Launched in partnership with Equality Now, the campaign received widespread support from a range of notable people including Whitney Cummings, Brandi Carlile and Evan Rachel Wood who took to social media to support the cause.  To watch some of the #FreedomMeans messages, click HERE.
