Lion Babe Tour On Sale Now + Capsule Collection Launch

New York based duo LION BABE, comprised of singer / songwriter Jillian Hervey and producer Lucas Goodman, will head out on their Cosmic Wind Tour this summer, in support of their recently released second studio album, Cosmic Wind, which has now has over 10.2M combined streams across platforms! Tickets for the 13 date US run are available now at lionbabe.com. The duo today also released a limited edition capsule collection of merch, including t-shirts, hoodies, sweat pants, socks, ball cap and 12″ of Cosmic Wind on vinyl, all of which is available for purchase here.

The project’s most recent stand out single “Western World,” which features hip-hop heavyweight Raekwon, pulls inspiration from the Pet Shop Boys timeless song “West End Girls” and features an accompanying video with all three donning the chicest of cowboy-influenced fashion. Earlier this year, the duo shared the official video for the album’s infectiously catchy standout dance hit, “The Wave” feat. Leikeli47. “The Wave” has already amassed over 2 million Spotify plays and nearly half a million YouTube views and is the official song for the American Heart Association’s “Kids Heart Challenge,” a nationwide physical education initiative aimed to get kids in participating schools dancing as a means of heart-healthy exercise and raise funds for the organization’s life-saving mission.

Cosmic Wind is the follow up to Lion Babe‘s 2016 critically-acclaimed debut album Begin and comes on the heels of a very strong 2018 for the band, earmarked by live performances at Coachella’s main stage, and AFROPUNK festival. They ended the year with two reimagined covers for Carly Simon’s classic “Why” and Little Beaver’s “Get Into The Party Life” which are growing rapidly in streams.
