San Francisco’s premiere retail project, STASHED, proudly announces their one year anniversary with first ever experimental activation with leading denim brand, Levi’s on Thursday, December 13, 2018 from 6PM – 11PM PST. STASHED celebrates with a partnership with Levi’s to create individually customized Trucker Jackets with chain-stitching that will be in effect from 6PM – 9PM PST.
Levi’s created the iconic denim jacket, The Trucker, 50 years ago ideating the most versatile denim adorned by generations. To celebrate the style, STASHED and Levi’s will host a special in-store takeover equipped with displays of Levi’s extensive history, archives of the Trucker Jacket and an opportunity to create a 1 of 1 product in collaboration with the STASHED for a limited run.
The featured customization for the evening will be a chain stitching station where consumers will be able to personalize the Trucker Jacket in addition to adding speciality details such as patches, embroidery and pins. The station will be led by Jamaica Queens, NY born Carlton Yaito, one of the best denim deconstruction creatives globally. Carlton is famous for one of one conceptual ideas to manipulate denim and has created a lane of his own in making wearable works of art.
The event will also feature authentic San Francisco partnerships like Anchor Beer. The local brewery will provide Anchor copper beer buckets, barrels and customized accessories for the space. To tie all the elements together, on site sounds by British-born DJ / Producer and Model Unimerce will keep the event in motion.
To close out the activation, the STASHED will provide attendees with a special surprise. The retailer will secretly hide a pair of 49ers tickets inside one of the limited run jackets that will be offered for customization. To win the tickets, you must select the winning jacket at the on-site event.
