Last month, Ronnie Fieg announced that he would be collaborating with 6x NBA Champion, Scottie Pippen. The collaboration is set to release under KITH’s sport collection and is an updated version of the Air Maestro II, which is the only shoe Scottie wore in a bright red colorway during the NBA All-Star game in 1994. The sneaker comes equipped in a purple colorway with velcro straps on a chunky interior boot that stretches through the forefoot swoosh.
NYFW starts this week and Ronnie Fieg is set to unveil the full collection on Thursday night. Additional details on the release of the sneakers have not yet been released, Central Arkansas is Scottie’s alma mater and could possibly be the reason behind the purple colorway. We will keep you posted as more info releases on the Scottie Pippen x KITH x Nike collaboration.
