Derrick Rose is now a member of the Cleveland Cavaliers, and looking into the upcoming season he is hoping to make a major comeback. His days of being MVP material might be out of reach, but he’s still poised to prove doubters wrong. D-Rose was recently in China for an adidas event with fans for his D Rose 8, and he got a little emotional.
After watching a video put together by a few of his dedicated fans expressing their love and support for him, he broke down in tears in front of the crowd. From being an NBA MVP to bouncing from team to team Rose has obviously experienced his share of ups and downs in his long NBA Career. Injuries have made a huge impact and have come in between his growth as a player and his ability to remain on a NBA roster.
He remains one of the most humble players in the NBA and one of the few who genuinely care about the community. Back in 2013, Rose shed tears in heartache over the continuous violence on the streets of Chicago. Check out the video below.
