Below, he speaks on his experiences with three well-known clients:
I actually met Remy Ma through [makeup artist] Japanesefaces and we conversed about the BET awards about what she wanted to look like and how she wanted her hair. I had so much fun working with her. She’s so down to earth and just relatable. The BET awards were such an experience to remember especially with Remy Ma being that she won the award for the best female rapper!
Kehlani aka BAE-lani (laughs), I love her. She’s just relaxing and her personality is so refreshing. She actually DMed me about a wig she liked. Her hairstylist installed her unit and she loved it. We conversed over the phone briefly about personal things and just the little about of time we talked, I felt like I’ve known her for a long time. She invited me to her tour she had as well and was nothing but fun!
Keke Palmer is so misunderstood. She is just a breath of fresh air. Fun to be around and loves to keep everyone laughing. Her personality is just out of space just like me (laughs). I made Keke her unit and she just instantly fell in love. We were inspired by Aaliyah so I made her something jet black and layered to perfection and it was just amazing!
