He was saying in general those who have have a moral obligation to help those that dont have. And you dont have to just hand someone money to help, you rich and wanna help someone, take them and buy them some clothes or spend the money and time to help them to get a foot in the door somewhere, part of the problem is everyone wants other peoples money but its not about having others money its about getting you own money, earnin it working for it, people that have should be helping those that dont to have those oppourtunities to make their own, and if they really want it they’ll put in the time and work, tupac wasnt handed anything he worked for it and put in the time and effort.
