RESPECT. and G-Shock are old friends–you can catch G-Shock watches in many of our print issues, which you can cop here. Now, we bring you two short clips on some talented young men that both RESPECT. and G-Shock are taking note of: rapper and skater Dave Willis, a.k.a. Black Dave, and Zak Hoke, a creative director and designer. In Dave’s video, he tears up a skate park while talking about what keeps him grinding and why he’s into the G-Shock. Zak speaks on what it means to “tinker at the intersection of art and technology” and why G-Shocks watches work for all of the different situations he finds himself in, be they formal, relaxed, or gritty. Enjoy the videos below.
