Many people have tried to immerse themselves in a culture — to live in it. Skateboard pro, etnies-owner and all-around shoe mogul Pierre Andre Senizergues has it all figured out.
While designing and promoting his brand’s 25th anniversay may be Senizergues’s main goals, he’s pursuing his most ambitious project on the side – the revolutionary PAS house.
The house will still be traditional in some senses, with a kitchen, bedroom, dining area, etc. However, that’s where all tradition ends. Artist Gil Le Bon Delapointe is designing the home to make it entirely skateable, including the furniture, which will come from the Skate Study House collection. The house will be 2,200 square feet, and etnies hopes it makes a statement.
“The PAS House is a glimpse into the future that shows what the NEXT 25 years may look like when combining the powerful influence of skateboarding on a dwelling place,” says the brand’s blog.
The production of the half pipes home will be supervised by Los Angelos architect Francois Perrin.
