Recap: Treble Tuesdays Returned This Week With Their First Show Of 2018

Treble Tuesdays is one of a kind event experience designed for “the instagram generation” to come together.

After releasing their networking app in August, Treble began throwing meetups for their artist community. Each week, 200 artists eagerly filed into CEO Matt Bond’s home to network, perform, and hang with other emerging creatives in their city. The gathering became known as “Treble Tuesdays” and before long, it outgrew Matt’s Bushwick apartment and began scaling out into art galleries, recording studios and raw spaces throughout New York City.

Treble Tuesdays 1/30

Treble Tuesdays returned this week with their first show of 2018. Over 300 artists packed out Jump Into The Light, a virtual reality studio in the lower east side. Emerging talents Kamau, Quiet Luke, Freakquencee, and Cliche performed against a green screen, while Jachary DJ’d vinyl behind them. The bar (operated by Jagermeister) served free drinks named after each performer and all tips throughout the night were donated to the performers. As always, the event ended with countless artists in attendance hopping on stage for a community cypher.

The event was livestreamed by Atlantic Records and chronicled through the Instagram accounts of Jagermeister, Pickup, and dozens of attendees.
