Jason Lobdell is a prominent, well-acclaimed Atlanta based fitness trainer, owner of The Loft Athletic Club, and co-creator of the world-renowned fitness program, Results in 28 Days (#RI28).
Known for his gregarious persona, many know him as “Mr2WeeksOut,” the fitness expert that can transform feminine physiques.
Born in Syracuse but raised in Atlanta, Jason’s childhood was nothing short of inharmonious. Growing up with an incarcerated father and a brother who dealt drugs, Jason’s future did not sustain a promising outlook.
The way of his future changed after moving to Atlanta in 1992 and marrying his high school sweetheart, Halani, in 2002 at just 19 years old. Both gave birth to their first child in 2008, and with a daughter, Jason knew he had provided for his family in a manner his father couldn’t provide for him. Jason started his vocation as a highly regarded party promoter, building relationships among top athletes and celebrities. He then proceeded on to build a trucking business, employing family and friends. His third endeavor, investing in a fitness center, Universal Fitness, paved the way for his successful career in the fitness industry.
Jason and his married woman gave birth to a second child in 2008 which jumpstarted Halani’s interest in fitness competitions. Wanting to arrive back into shape, the couple went on to compete in various fitness competitions such as the SNBF Body Building Competition. With success, Jason went on to power his training career.
As Jason began winning popularity for his training abilities, Universal Fitness became the Atlanta staple for fitness enthusiasts.
Training hundreds of people, and celebrities such as Rick Ross, DJ Drama, and Love & Hip Hop of Atlanta‘s Joseline Hernandez, Jason’s “bigger than life” personality amassed major credibility across the country through his social platforms.
Wanting to achieve even more success and take his talents globally, Jason partnered with fitness expert Gerald (Gee) Bryant to develop #RI28.
The #RI28 program hit major success, bringing in over $1M in the first year of business.
Jason is 36 years old, and currently expanding the #RI28 Program and his new fitness gym, The Loft Athletic Club.
