NEW ALBUM FRIDAY: Young Thug, 2 Chainz & Big Boi

Today sees new music from three of Atlanta’s biggest Hip-Hop artists, all of which can be streamed in full below.

Young Thug – Beautiful Thugger Girls

Leave it to Young Thug to come out of left field with a new project. This time, it’s the quasi-surprise project Beautiful Thugger Girls, which features assistance from Future, Snoop Dogg, Lil Durk, Jacquees and more. The album was said to be a “singing album” that saw executive production from Drake — how much of that is true is yet to be fully confirmed.

2 Chainz – Pretty Girls Like Trap Music

2 Chainz‘ latest might be his best yet: today sees the release of Pretty Girls Like Trap Music, a solid effort that sees 16 tracks and plenty of assists — Travis Scott, Nicki Minaj, Swae Lee, Migos, Pharrell Williams and many more make appearances on the project. P.G.L.T.M. is led by three already-successful singles: “It’s A Vibe” (an R&B led cut featuring Ty Dolla $ign, Trey Songz and Jhené Aiko), the Quavo and Gucci Mane-assisted “Good Drank” and “Big Amount,” which features Drake and could (originally) be found on last year’s mixtape Daniel Son; Necklace Don.

Big Boi – Boomiverse

The Atlanta Hip-Hop onslaught continues…Rap god and Outkast/Dungeon Family member Big Boi returns with Boomiverse, his fourth solo album. Led by the singles “Mic Jack” (with Maroon 5‘s Adam Levine) and “Kill Jill” (with Killer Mike and Jeezy), Boomiverse contains 12 tracks and additional appearances from Pimp C, Snoop Dogg, Kurupt, Gucci Mane, Snoop Dogg, Sleepy Brown and Curren$y. Production is provided from the likes of DJ Dahi, DJ Khalil, TM88 and — of course — Organized Noize. Presumably, there’s no presence of Andre 3000.
