Born in the same borough of Brooklyn, where legends such as Notorious B.I.G & Jay-Z arose, now stands the next artist to carry on the torch of the culture, James Rosario aka James R. Like most of the icons of hip hop before him, music wasn’t initially his first calling.
James began to craft his ability to stay focused & strategically ahead of his peers during his basketball days. He knew then there was a competitive spirit within him, but it wasn’t basketball anymore that drove him to reach new heights of accomplishments. Destiny and the universe pointed him in a direction and from that rebirth the artist James R. was created.
This time around, James R. flips The Weeknd’s ‘Starboy’ single for his own rendition ‘Bad Boy‘, which comes accompanied by a visual. Peep the visual at the top of the post and feel free to leave us your thoughts on it in the comments section.
